Kevin Young has come a long way from his humble beginnings in a New South Wales country town. Growing up in a working class family motivated him to buy his first property at the age of 19. A series of property purchases and sales over the following years meant Kevin could retire from work at the age of 27 as a millionaire.

During this time, Kevin Young learned the ins and outs of the property market by working within the industry as well as building his own portfolio. He has so far bought and sold over 644 properties.

The Formation of the Property Club

The Property Club was formerly known as The Investors Club when it was created by Kevin and his wife Kathy is 1994 with the purpose of helping other Australians achieve financial success through property. The organisation is based in Brisbane, Australia and has currently helped Property Club members source and purchase over 18,000 investment properties.

The Property Club is also responsible for helping over 4000 members to create individual portfolios valued at over one million dollars. That’s over 4000 millionaires!

Not only has Kevin Young helped people through the Property Club, but he is also the author of the best selling property investment book Property Prosper Retire. The book outlines Kevin Young’s successes in life and in property investment and has proved a useful guide for first time and young investors alike.
